Refund/Exchange Policy

ONLINE CUSTOMER/STOCKIST

1. Return the item (s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the email confirming shipment.

2. Your request will be review within 14 working days of its receipt.

3. Reasons such as “I changed my mind”“I don’t want it anymore”“The color is different from the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. 

4. All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

5. Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

6. Item (s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging.

7. Only purchase made at our HQ is eligible for refund or exchange.

8. It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item (s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.

BOUTIQUE CUSTOMER

7. Once returned request approved, you can exchange for another SIZE or COLOR, as long as it is the same design.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready.

Sale items

Only regular priced items is eligible for refund or exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA / DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT

  • Shipping is RM 8 within Malaysia.
  • Shipping is RM 12 for Sabah and Sarawak.
  • Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via Pos Laju is 2 – 3 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via Pos Laju is  3 – 5 working days.
  • Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
  • We do not accept order cancelations upon despatch of your order.

 

CUSTOM MADE ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Please note that for all handmade custom made items, delivery period is 3 – 4 days.
  • We do not allow refunds / exchanges for custom made items.
  • All sales are FINAL.
